Course Duration

This is an 8-week workshop designed to cultivate sophistication, respect, and integrity in personal and professional interactions. This program meticulously guides participants through the intricacies of modern etiquette, social graces, and the foundational values of Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC).

What is GMRC?

Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) is a set of values-based principles that emphasize respect, courtesy, integrity, and social responsibility in daily interactions. Rooted in ethical behaviour and moral education, GMRC promotes positive character development, guiding individuals to act with kindness, consideration, and discipline in both personal and professional settings.

The core aspects of GMRC include:
✅ Respect for Others – Practicing courtesy, empathy, and appreciation in interactions.
✅ Proper Social Etiquette – Observing good manners in speech, actions, and behavior.
✅ Integrity & Honesty – Upholding ethical values and taking responsibility for one's actions.
✅ Self-Discipline & Responsibility – Developing good habits, time management, and accountability.
✅ Compassion & Kindness – Cultivating a sense of generosity and social awareness.

GMRC is essential for fostering harmonious relationships, a respectful society, and a strong moral foundation, making it a fundamental component of personal and social development.

Throughout the workshop, participants embark on a journey to refine their social skills, enhance their interpersonal interactions, and foster a demeanor that resonates with confidence and propriety. Each session is structured to provide practical, real-world applications of etiquette principles, from basic manners and communication etiquette to advanced social skills for various settings.

Expert instructors lead participants through interactive lessons, role-playing scenarios, and group discussions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience that is both engaging and transformative. Whether participants are looking to improve their professional demeanor, elevate their social presence, or simply gain more confidence in their daily interactions, "Polished & Proper" offers the tools and guidance necessary to achieve these goals.

By the end of the workshop, participants not only master the art of etiquette but also appreciate the importance of values like respect, kindness, and consideration in building meaningful relationships. Join us for this transformative experience and elevate your personal and professional life with grace and elegance.
